A meaningful, heart-centered gathering to honour the mother as she prepares for birth. This ceremony can include blessings, affirmations, candle lighting, bead ceremony, foot washing, flower crown, prayer, and other personalized touches to surround her with love and support.

Post Partum Care

Gentle, practical support as you recover, bond with your baby, and adjust to life after birth. Care may include emotional support, newborn guidance, feeding support, light household help, simple meal preparation, and encouragement for rest and healing.

Birth Essentials Package — $1,350

Gentle, holistic support through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.

Includes:

• Up to 5 prenatal visits for birth preparation, education, comfort measures, and emotional support

• Support creating your birth preferences

• Phone/text support during pregnancy

• Continuous in-person support during active labour and birth

• Comfort techniques such as massage, acupressure, positioning, affirmations, and emotional grounding

• 6 hours of postpartum support

• Unused birth-support hours may be applied toward postpartum care when appropriate

This package is ideal for families who want steady, personalized support from pregnancy through the first days after birth.

Birth Support Mini Package — $850

A simplified option for families who want birth support with lighter prenatal preparation.

Includes:

• 1–2 prenatal visits

• Birth preferences discussion

• Phone/text support leading up to birth

• Continuous in-person labour and birth support

• 1 short postpartum check-in

This option is best for families who already feel prepared but would like calm, experienced support during labour and birth.

Personalized packages are available for families who would like a combination of services tailored to their needs. Smaller individual add-ons are also available for booked clients.

• Prenatal-only visit $85–$125 per visit

• Extra prenatal visit added to package $75–$100

• Mother Blessing Ceremony $250–$450

• Simple Mother Blessing add-on $150–$250

Additional Postpartum Support — $40/hour
Postpartum care is available as an add-on or as a stand-alone service.

Support may include:

• Emotional support and birth processing

• Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and pumping support

• Newborn care guidance

• Light household support

• Simple food preparation

• Nutritional guidance

• Sibling transition support

• Rest and recovery support for mom

Minimum booking: 2–3 hours per visit.

Postpartum Care

To reserve your due date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance may be paid in full or divided into manageable payments throughout pregnancy. Final payment is due by 36 weeks unless another arrangement has been made.
